Now, this isn't about anything too personal. Just about stuff we do that our co-workers and even closest friends might not know about. For example:
I take a fair amount of pride in my hand writing, I love to write, and I own a few nice fountain pens as well as a calligraphy set. For me, it's soothing to lay ink on fine paper after my wife has gone to bed and I'm not quite ready. So, I'll take into hand a freshly inked Waterman - or perhaps I'll break out the Visconti - and allow my imagination to guide my hand.

In fact, I'm just taking a break from doing exactly that. But before I leave and continue on my fanciful venture on paper, I ask you to tell us - what's your secret?

To stay HEALTHY I love to WALK and often park WAY BACK just to walk farther and once a Week I try to get to the Health And Fitness Center where I swim and do a DETOX buy sitting in the SAUNA for Half an Hour and SWEAT it Out and I consume lots of Fiber and take 2000 milligrams of Vitamin C

I have grown a hatred for TELEVISON and rarely do I even turn my TV set on anymore

Trying to QUIT SMOKING and am using an BLU Electronic and Nicotine Gum and While not there yet I've cut back to HALF a Pack per day

I smoked my last cigarette 27 years ago. There were no e-cigs, patches, gum, or any of the other nicotine placebos available today. I quit cold turkey. And I can tell you that while it's the most difficult way to quit - mentally and physically - it is without a doubt the most effective. If you're determined to quit.
The most powerful weapon you have to fight nicotine addiction is willpower. You gotta wanna. And I believe you can do it.

Kids in Washington State are allowed to bring cokes into schools.

Since living on my own and developing a conscience, I've lived much of my adult life paying pennance for a long and carefree life of non-violent juvenile crime offenses.

I always used a Pelikan fountain pen; then I damaged some cervical disks & experienced numbness in my hands. Made it very difficult to control the pen. Right hand italic ( fine & medium ) I miss that.

My grandma Lula always said: A ballpoint is for making marks on paper; a pen is for writing.
