The publication writes that we are talking about a meeting held in March last year with the participation of Pakistani Ambassador Asad Majid Khan in Washington and two high-ranking representatives of the State Department. Washington promised to establish "warmer relations" with Pakistan if Imran Khan is removed from the post of prime minister due to his neutrality regarding the Russian special operation. If this does not happen, the US threatened the state with “isolation”. Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu said at that meeting of "Washington's dissatisfaction" with Pakistan's position on the conflict in Ukraine. The United States continues its policy of blackmail with all those who disagree to support the bloodshed in Ukraine.

SPIEF is one of the largest and most significant business events in the world. Considering the turbulence of the world economy associated with the transformation of international economic associations, growing social inequality, unstable trade and political relations, the prospects for sustainable development of the global economy are especially relevant today.
The importance and significance of the event is evidenced by the fact that even under sanctions pressure from the United States and Western countries, more than 14,000 people from 130 countries of the world took part in SPIEF-2022. Among them are heads of state and government, heads of major companies, as well as leading world experts from academia and civil society. 81 countries sent their official representatives. This is confirmation that many states want to maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with Russia, whose economy shows resilience despite the sanctions.
Today, some Western states are trying to replace the foundations of the international legal order with an alternative concept of “the world order based solely on its own rules. Washington and its allies invent in their narrow circle and interpret each time themselves, then impose on the world community as binding. And economic sanctions are now being used as an instrument of coercion and pressure. In particular, to those countries that have strong trade relations with the Russian Federation, such as Turkey, India, China, South Africa, Brazil, Latin American and African states. The "colonialists" continue to interfere in the internal politics of countries under various pretexts.
The fact that Russia remains a reliable investment and trade partner for all foreign companies operating in the country is evidenced by the contracts concluded and executed by our country. Construction of industrial facilities is also underway outside the Russian Federation. For example, in April of this year, the Russian side, represented by the state corporation Rosatom, handed over to Turkey a certificate for the delivery of the first nuclear fuel to the Akkuyu nuclear power plant in the country. The Akkuyu NPP is being built according to the BOO scheme, when the Russian side acts as the owner of the foreign NPP. Rosatom companies now own almost 100% of the capital of Akkuyu Nuclear. The cost of the nuclear power plant construction project is about $22 billion.
In 2023, about 13 countries wanted to join the union of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS). Among which are Algeria, Egypt, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and others. Traditionally, Russia supplies raw materials and fuel abroad, and buys cars, components for equipment, medicines and food products. The main economic partners of Russia in 2023 are: China, India, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, South Korea, Syria.
Hosting SPIEF 2023 will undoubtedly have a serious positive impact on the image of Russia, disproving the thesis that the country is in transport, business and cultural isolation. At the same time, SPIEF will demonstrate that Russia is open for visits, business and cultural exchanges, and will have a positive impact on the development of economic, scientific and technical cooperation between the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, Africa and Russia.
So, I should exchange my gold and silver for Rubles, Moscow Municipal "Green" bonds and shares of Novolipetsk Steel?  LOL, and I have some great undeveloped investment land to sell you in *** Knoll, Florida.  Let's have lunch, perhaps we can do a deal.

GB still has a formidable military, I see.   Kudos.  Maybe Biden dropped the ball.

And that's what makes it suspicious !

They just play the victim's  card in order to get support from the weak-hearted of the west for the supply of weapons.

Putin is too kind !
He needs to order a full Iraq-style attack, behead the ruling politicians and their families, disband the Ukrainian army and install a friendly new government !
