True blanks have wadding where the bullet would be.  Could be plastic, metal shards or paper like.  We were always told not shoot them in real close range at someone.  Also, on the M16 or any semi auto or auto weapon, you would install a blank adapter at the end of the barrel to create the back pressure needed to cycle the weapon.  These would come loose on occasion and would shoot of the end of the barrel.

Yes, but he held the gun to his head.... I don't think Alec did that with that cinetographer... and he shot two people, not just one... did he shoot two times... two 'misfires'?

I don't buy that

My kids don't come there either.
It's mostly my vanity project.
It's getting hard to justify the money.
It costs me almost $1000 a month for a place I can only use half the year.

How is it that something that can't even talk to us can tear our hearts apart so completely when they leave us?
There will never be another Capone for me, and I was so lucky to have him.
I feel the same way about Sage.I've had many dogs over the years, and I loved them all, but she was special.

That dog was with my 24/7. He even went into all my therapy appointments with me.
We KNEW each other so well. All we needed was a look.
It hurt to lose him more than any human I have ever lost.

Did he get along with Vito?
They got along, but they rarely interacted.
Capone was heartbroken when Bugsy died.
He used to lay on the couch and whimper for hours.
It was the strangest thing I ever saw in a dog.
He did that for months.

They had such a bond.
OMG, that's heartbreaking.
I follow a lot of accounts on Twitter that people have set up for their dogs because the doggy pics make me happy, but mixed in with the happy pics are the really sad ones of people talking about their dogs being sick or dying.

Just saw this one.

From your article:

The truth is, the intentions of those who debated, wrote and passed the Second Amendment are clear: The purpose of the amendment is to protect individual liberty by, in part, stopping the federal government from instituting gun restrictions of any kind, because America’s founders wanted to ensure citizens had the ability to defend themselves against a tyrannical national government and other domestic threats, as well as from foreign invaders.

Evidence of this view can be found in the Second Amendment itself. First, there are no “except” clauses in the text. It simply says the right to bear arms “shall not be infringed.”

And:

The argument that the Second Amendment’s writers intended to restrict individual gun ownership but not gun ownership by militias makes no sense in the historical context.

And:
Additionally, note that the justification for the Second Amendment included in the text is that it is “necessary to the security of a free State.” Preserving the “free State” is at the heart of the Second Amendment (not hunting or self-defense), and one of the biggest perceived threats to freedom in the founding era was a powerful national government. That is why James Madison, the “father of the Constitution,” wrote in the Federalist Papers that “being armed” is an “advantage” that “the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation.”

I suggest you read your article.

@Cannonpointer  @Annoyed Liberall    it appears to be only an issue with the multi quote function.
Are you saying you agree with this?

There is something going on.

@Cannonpointer  @Annoyed Liberall    There seems to be a glitch in the system where I hit the multiquote function but the quote link does not for the recipients screen name and he is not getting the notification.  This is the second or third time this has occurred this morning.

Always, and I have had enough.
Danes were also on my list, but like you said, too short lived.
The grooming is a daily occurrence, but it doesn't take too long and it's a good bonding activity.
Al. Goldens are nice dogs.. But I have a friend that lost 4 to cancer. At age 7. So maybe it was a good thing you didn't go that route either.
