Somebody needs to ask BO and billary why they lied through their teeth. Oh wait, can't do that, a lane was closed in Jersey.

It doesn't appear they did.

Christie may have. His staff certainly did. Maybe Bob McDonnell will run in Christie's place....

Care to comment on why that dodge works for you guys on billary and BO, but it is totally different when it comes to Christie.

My problem is with them doing the tap dance and feeble blame game on a dumbass video.

Why!

1) I accuse Christie's staff - about which evidence is irrefutable. Since it is, the SMELL of corruption and the STENCH of the culture Christie necessarily created is irrefutable. Because of that, Christie has a HUGE political problem for the rest of his carreer.

2) You guys, on the other hand, got nothing to tie Clinton or Obama to anything, but like typical FOX-CON lemmings, buy into whatever story those characters peddle - FORGETTING that they made complete asses of all you guys in the 2012 elections. You STILL believe whatever they tell you to believe.

We now have reputation points - but you can only give positive for the time being. The only way you can give negative rep, right now, is to take away positive rep.

We're working on that.

If you cannot see the option, hit ctrl F5. That is all.

Yours don't seem to be carrying from post to post. Otherwise, I'm sure it'd be over 500 by now.

I think you've got him pegged. Also notice how he and his buddy, RichClem, systematically gum up every decent thread with nonsense, insult and kooky, hard-right talking points. They don't want anyone to be able to think critically. Hard-right oligarchies are easier to establish when the people are divided.

Get over it, it was a fucking traffic jam. Common occurrence in Jersey.....that you still can't put Christie's fingerprints on.

Christie looked today like he decided he'll forget 2016 and focus on trying to save his governorship.

Real damage was done to real people and it was done on order of the governor's personal staff (at least). That isn't conjecture, nor is it theoretical. The evidence is overwhelming. Subpoenas are going out, criminal investigations are underway, participants are begging for a plea deal in exchange for testimony. That's a REAL scandal, it's ongoing and we'll be hearing about it for months - front and center.

I got the impression from Christie today that he knows he's in the fight for his political life.

Disagree. Had Bills scandal come to light as governor, he would have been done. That being said, he did a pretty good job controlling information on his philandering.

Disagree on your first statement - Jennifer Flowers didn't derail him in the '92 election. People knew he was a philanderer, still nominated him, still preferred him to Bush.

Second statement gets a maybe. Frankly, I don't recall any president who ever had to 'control information' on his philandering. Had they, fully 2/3 of US presidents would have gone through similar such "scandals."

But, ultimately, Clinton's philandering hardly rises to the level of putting the health and safety of hundreds of thousands of NJ constituents at risk. Christie has a very real scandal on his hands and he is on EXTREMELY thin ice, right now.

How would Reid know that? Did he read each house bill ?

Reid is an extremely good vote counter. So is McConnell. So is Boehner -- which is why charging him with political grand standing is so easy.

Do you really thing the law places an unreasonable burden on people trying to exercise their fundamental right to vote?

In what way? Please be specific, cause I can't think of any.....

The whole point is that no burden should be placed on anyone to exercise fundamental rights.

So, as rayj said, you only call journalists 'honest' when they agree with you!

Kind of impeaches your source, doesn't it?

In fact, it impeaches ANY source you claim to be 'honest.'
