1) Your argument is that our species think because it is necessary for reproduction. That just isn't true. Even the r type (or a k type) don't need logic. Sex is physically driven. There is no abstraction necessary for any species to have sex.    The flaw in this argument is that you are analyzing ...

Re: As a white puss male.

is that supposed to result in good policy? Being simply locked in a debate-driven by population %-about whether white people suck? A dictator would be far superior. Well, you almost got what you are asking for.  Michael Bloomberg nearly bought his way into becoming your superior dictator. He would ...

Abolish the Electoral College…it DOES NOT allow for every vote to count.... ALEC GOP are CLINGING to the Electoral College. They know it’s their ONLY shot at winning the presidency! The GOP has not won a popular vote in decades. Remember: Republicans have only won the popular vote ONCE in the last ...

Re: As a white puss male.

I had been drinking but regardless I think you were reading a lot of bizarre **** into those comments.  Clearly it was a comment on democracy. We are constantly told what a wonderful and perfect ideal democracy is...but living in a country where a large % of the 'citizens' simply hate white people....

Dem Joe Biden Is President. Dems Control the House. Dems Control the Senate, But REPUBLICANS Are Winning...

The Democrat Party is the party of pathetic, hopeless losers.  Look, they have big-lib Joe Biden at the helm - installed as President of the United States.  You have Californian Elitist, Nancy Pelosi calling the shots in the House of Representatives.  And, the Dems have the majority number of votes ...

Obviously what I am suggesting is that democracy is a massive failire   This was not at all obvious by in the 3 questions you asked which made up your original topic.  That is all I was responding to when I attempted to answer your questions.  If you don't like my attempt at answering your 3 questi...

Re: OH MY, WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS

The New York Supreme Court ruled Monday that a New York City law that allowed noncitizen residents to vote in municipal elections is illegal. The law, passed in December 2021 by the  New York City  Council, created a class of voters called "municipal voters," comprised of non-citizens who reside in...

The other thing people need to realize is that every state has different versions of the law.  I carry in various states on the east coast and before I do I brush up on state castle/stand your ground laws as well as carry laws. Yes, I am quite aware, and you have to do this. I generally carry in 3 ...

Re: A Gun Question.

So Its fair to say that the AR-15 is popular with mass shooters because it's "cool" and not because its easier to kill a lot of people in a crowd? An AR-15 is a bit easier to use especially at longer distances.  Let's not forget that an average classroom could be at least 50 feet long.  The shooter...

Re: A Gun Question.

Legally I would prefer a pistol in a civilian environment. Or my Judge.  If someone is more than 25 feet from you (and that is a stretch) you may have a difficult time convincing the judge and jury you were imminent threat of serious bodily harm or death. I was just going to say something similar, ...

True. Well, the bed is made though so no going back. The humidity is going to take some getting used to. We have practically no humidity to speak of. Even on days where it rains. Yeah, it's going to be humid, and you will hate that, especially if its in the '90's.   Humid heat is nothing like dry h...

That should take care of just about any threat. I'd add a couple of lehigh solid copper perpetrators just in case someone is wearing body armor.

Not the question genius dope Maybe I'll come to Brooklyn and wear my confederate flag T-shirt and a MAGA hat.   BTW, my 3 buddies will be wearing plain black hoodies and basketball shorts. I'm thinking this could be fun.  The Supreme court says we can carry guns in NY now.  Can we?  I don't really...

I've never been to St. Louis.  But, St. Louis has been a hotbed of rioting and protesting - not a place I'd be interested in visiting for at least the next 10 years.

Re: New York City

Trip is not until Mid-August. If I did this trip 20 years ago, I would have done virtually no planning. However, being a parent for now 8.5 years... the planning bug is firmly rooted. It drives my nephew nuts but oh well, it is what it is. It was his idea to go NYC and not other stops on this band'...
