Only in DC, which doesn't reflect reality in the states. Florida leans conservative in many ways, but passed a $15/hour minimum wage with automatic increases based on CPI.   I wish that were true, but it isn't. And DC needs to govern.  The time for partisans is coming to an end until the next elect...
