If there is some legal difficulty in the vote counting then this issue is resolved in either the supreme court or the house.

Conservative have majority in supreme court and they control the delegation in the house.

While the Supreme Court will still have a 6-3 "conservative" tilt if they decide any legal challenges in the election, the House only gets involved AFTER the Electoral College votes are opened.  That takes place in January 2021...and it is done by the new Congress, not the one currently seated.  Conservatives have controlled at least 26 state delegations in the House for more than a decade, but it is possible (though not likely) that could change.

I think inflated polling numbers showing Biden will easily win excites rather than demoralizes Trump's base. It also could lead to some democrats staying home and attempting to submit their ballots on Wednesday. Keep in mind 30% of Trump’s rally attendees are registered democrats. He's also doing 20-30% with blacks.
