The First Amendment is very much alive and well.  Just try to remember that it only applies to "the government" censoring speech, not some forum on the Internet, tiny and twisted as this one or as big as Christianity.

The First is you on a soapbox on the courthouse steps.  Talk it up (and, being the good liberal that I am) I'll even defend your right to do so no matter what you say minus a few notable exceptions like fighting words or inciting a riot.  Our friends at the Supreme Court say those are off limits.  Can't say I agree entirely but I see their point...
