The Washington Post
April 6, 2021

On the whole, American citizens have witnessed one of the most dramatic vindications of scientific expertise in our history.  We have been healthier when we listened to the experts and sicker when we did not.

This is the context in which the MAGA right has chosen to make Anthony S. Fauci - the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984 - the villain in their hallucinogenic version of pandemic history.  Metaphorically (but only barely metaphorically), there is a body on the floor  with multiple stab wounds.  The Trump administration stands beside it with a bloody knife in its hand.  It claims there is no blood.  It claims there is no body.  There is no floor.

Ya know, THE PIG would still be in the WH today if he would have embraced his C-19 advisors. Listened to them and supported them. He had the opportunity to have red masks made that said in white letters," Make America Heathy Again". He could have done what Biden is doing now, getting shots in arms, but he didn't. He lied to the American people, and in November they remembered. The election wasn't stolen, THE PIG blew it. How hard is it for these numbnuts to understand this?

Biden had the advantage of all the heavy lifting and vaccine research being done under Trump. Only difference is progressives would be refusing to get shots along with inner city minorities.

Your man blew it and you know it. You just can't accept that. He'd serve you **** on toast and you'd eat it up. I goddamn guarantee you if he had turned away from some of his nutjob base, stopped his **** lies about C-19, he'd still be in office today.

HCQ has proven to be safe and effective if administered at the early stage of viral infection. Doctors from all around the world have been taking it as a pre-emptive precaution. Trump said HCQ showed promise, Fauci and the MSM ridiculed Trump and now history shows that HCQ has been very useful for the treatment of CV19.

Any other year this pandemic would have been better mitigated. The economy would not have been shut down, the misery would have been reduced. Instead democrat leaders inflicted maximum pain, the media spread maximum fear, all to remove Trump. Fortunately conservatives would never injure millions of Americans to sway a vote.

It had to be shut down and he should have done it. His unmasked rallies and close encounters with gop swine turned into nothing more than C-19 spreaders. He had many opportunities to get his *** reelected, but he chose to stick with his whack job base. Then all he had left is to push the big lie and get his whack jobs to invade the capital. No steal, just an an idiot who should have never been a president.

Under what authority?  If there was a way for the President to legally shut down private businesses in the states Biden would have done it.

The **** it did. 80% of the victims are over 70. We needed to shelter our seniors. We grossly overreacted or acted in ways that did **** all to protect those really at risk.

Science and the entirety of human experience said not to put covid19 patients into senior care facilities. Respiratory diseases decimate the elderly. Democrat leaders did this to increase the mortality rate. **** traitors.

You understand that if we had done the right stuff on the front end, you cons wouldn't have to be sniveling and whining now about opening the schools and the rest of the country up.  It would already be happening.  But no...in the face of a pandemic, you moronic rugged individualists just couldn't STFU about your **** constitutional rights.

You are MAGA anti-science imbeciles.  The traitors, you and your party, and your president, and your **** constitutional rights, are responsible for the deaths of 400,000+ Americans who would otherwise be alive today.
