How is it that a group you think is too dumb to know how to get photo ID is smart enough to become a pilot? 

Or are we going to skip the testing altogether and move straight to the ****?

Depends on how you give them a hand up.  You wish to hire 50 pilots.  You get 75 applicants.  Do you take the 50 best pilots regardless if only 20 of them are minorities and women or do you water down the requirements to get 5 more to meet your 50% quota?

Personally I want the top 50 who meet the requirement all must meet.  But, you could put your money where your mouth is and figure out how to fly with those who do not meet the standard requirements.  

And is the pilot pool in the country able to take help meet that requirement?
