This tidbit of information seems to not be getting enough coverage. The vaccines are now said to provide protection for up to six months. What happens this fall when everyone assumes they are safe and has Christmas with grandma?

What do we know about how long COVID-19 vaccine immunity lasts? On April 1, Pfizer announced that its vaccine offers up to six months of strong protection against symptomatic COVID-19. Specifically, data from its phase 3 trial showed that the vaccine was 91.3% effective at preventing COVID-19 for up to six months after the second dose and 100% effective against severe disease as defined by the CDC.

I see the language used interchangeably. We have solid data for six months. They are predicting it will last a year, like the flu shot.

A moon shot national vaccination program annually? Unsustainable.

Humanity never seeks a final solution socially. Always an ancestral conquest to conquer time as spaced apart so far reproductively here. The whole is equal to the total sum of its reproduced results occupying space now.

Actually it's quite easy.  Once the virus is under control it will be easier to keep it that way

No one is predicting catastrophe

Government keeps saying safe and highly effective like a mantra. Disbelievers or skeptical views are silenced. Some manufacturers are saying up to six months, others are saying at least six months. Those dying immediately after the vaccine are attributed to comorbidities. Doesn't smell right.

Governing human behavior through optics and power of suggesting nobody knows why life works as it does in plain sight never smells. Looks and sounds like are always the truth and truth defends speculation by mob rule.

Bingo!  ^^^  The vaccines are still being distributed under an EUA (emergency use authorization) largely because the long-term efficacy is unknown at this point.  The virus, while similar to other viruses in the past, is still novel.    Initial trials show that those who received the vaccine are still immune.....hence the "at least" wording.  That number may be extended once the data is compiled, audited, and interpreted by the scientists and ID doctors.
