Unless Martin Luther King had a speech about knees on necks its obviously a George Floyd reference. Membership in BLM would certainly call impartiality into question.

Cauvin was convicted on all counts pretty quickly. The verdict will undoubtedly be the same in a retrial.

You can retry him until the cows come home. The outcome will be the same.

The only things a retrial would accomplish is his lawyers would be getting more free exposure for future criminal defense trials (I'm sure they are working Pro Bono) and costing the tax payers of Minnesota millions more dollars to retry a cut and dried case.

It does not matter anyway.  As long as it was not George Floyd pictured there, then juror 52 has every right to express his desires to preserve Black life from police brutality all across America where cops put knees on Black people's necks.
That does not preclude him from judging a case fairly. You need more proof. Yep.

To cancel out that defense motion for a new trial, the Prosecutor only needs to find a pro-Chauvin human being who agrees with Juror 52 shirt, that police should not be using their knees to kill Blacks by squashing their neck.

The police union pays the attorneys.

This has nothing to do with race. A white BLM member would be similarly biased and their views would have disqualified them from serving on an impartial jury. Very very little in life has anything to do with race, remove the blinders!!

Chauvin isn't paying for his defense, he doesn't have to resort to some public defender that barley passed the Bar exam.

The attorneys keep making more and more money the longer they draw out the case.

He will be found guilty...no matter how many times he's retried.

uhhh, no.  White BLM member are entitled to their, Right, to not want cops killing unarmed Black people by squashing their necks ---even if deem a legal tactic.

This is America. The place where everything has to do with, Race, since April 15, 1619. And there is nothing you can to change that fact. Ever.

Chauvin lawyers used an expert witness who is currently getting sued in court for his unfair biases favoring police. Yes, he is being investigated for ignoring forensic science in order to paint inaccurate pictures of cop's being exculpable.  So all creeps out there weeping and crying for a new, trial, need to get sit down somewhere and find a clue ---you had no problem with the unfair bias of Chauvin witness so you should have no problem with juror 52 bias on the front of his shirt.

It's a false narrative. Cops are not hunting blacks out of racial animosity. Chauvin wasn't accused of racism at trial, that angle was completely ignored by the prosecution because it was investigated and there was no basis to pursue it.

Nothing actually has to do with race except for those profiting from division. It's an invented outrage.

No matter how many times you tell that same lie, you will never be able to change the facts which prove you wrong.

Aren't unions supposed to be a bad thing?

That's what the Trumpanzee's would normally say.

Apparently...unions are only great when they are a police union.

Confirmation bias and a subculture that believes honest work is selling out ones race. We have a criminal problem, not a racist cop problem.

That juror should be brought up on charges of contempt of court for lying to the judge, claiming he never attended a Floyd rally or that he had no bias against Chauvin.  The singular photo confirms that easily.

In addition, an appeal should be granted because of the court's own failure to provide an impartial venue for the trial, and then refuse to sequester the jury, allowing them to face the threats coming from the mob outside the courtroom every day, while they were also able to learn of the city granting the Floyd family a $28 million dollar settlement when a crime had not yet been adjudicated.  Additionally, the prejudicial rantings
of both Maxipad Waters and our demented president must be considered as having an effect on how the jury voted.  And all that's needed to prove that is if a sole jury had heard their comments.

In America, justice is blind, and REQUIRED to be unbiased, which was clearly NOT provided to Chauvin in this case.  And Chauvin's right to a fair trial is not rescinded even if he was charged with murdering a hundred black criminals!  Frankly, I don't give a **** if he's found guilty again or not, but that guilt MUST NOT be determined by a biased jury and an incompetent judge.  And the trial SHOULD NOT be held in an urban city that would surely be facing massive riots IF the jury were to find him not guilty.

And idiots like Biden and Maxipad Waters must learn to keep their **** mouths shut!!!

Semantics.  Cauvin is still guilty as hell.   You can retry him as many times as you like.

He'll never be acquitted.  He's no O.J. Simpson...he does'n't have "star" power.
