Justice is served,

The attorney for the man who purchased the rifle for Kyle Rittenhouse signed a plea agreement with the state of Wisconsinto dismiss two felony charges against him.
If the judge signs off, Dominick Black's plea deal will result in a noncriminal citation, according to court documents filed Friday. He will be required to pay a fine of $2,000.

And:

In May, Black pleaded not guilty to the charges. His lawyers argued that if it was legal for Rittenhouse to possess a gun, it was not necessarily a crime for Black to give him one, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

Why?  The argument is sound.  It was found during the trial it was not illegal (carry) for A minor to own that rifle so it can’t be illegal in WI to give it to him.

A straw-purchase is not a process crime.

He didn't "give" it to him.  It was a straw-purchase.  Those are very, very illegal here.

Wasn’t a straw purchase.  The state of Illinois allows the private transfer of weapons from one to another IF the person receiving the rifle is allowed to own it by law.  Not a straw purchase.

Instead, they left a couple of dead leftist sewer rats and gimped a third for life.

I guess you'll just have to console yourself with your boyfriend's ****, Petunia.

Rittenhouse gave him the money to buy a gun he was too young to buy.

Just save it - that is an illegal straw-purchase.

His legal bills end, and he goes from two felony charges to a NON CRIMINAL citation.  Sounds like a bargain to me considering the idiot prosecutors in that area.

Nope.  Not according to the courts.  The Rittenhouse case is over and the left can’t stop crying about it.

I said nothing about leftist judges,

But in the main case you get a ruling that he was old enough to carry that RIFLE and in another related case you can’t then claim he was given a weapon he could not legally carry.
