Russia has a history of aggression against Finland. 

If the Finns want to protect their country through NATO, bcuz they are aware of Russia’s aggressive tactics, that is their prerogative.

Cuba has a history of facing aggression from the US. From crippling sanctions still in place to this day to the Bay of Pigs. Who are we to say that they can't defend themselves from US aggression in the manner they see fit?

JFK did not invade Cuba. JFK did not invade Cuba, killing thousands of civilians.
The US had bases in Turkey and agreed to withdraw the nukes from them in exchange for the Soviets withdrawing from Cuba.

JFK was an imperialist  prick, but not an aggressive one. the fact that it is hypocrisy does not mean that it is in the interests of the US to thwart Putin from reassembling the Russian Empire.

I don't always agree with you, Jinn, but on this much I agree.  Do you believe after WW3, assuming the US, Japan and Europe wins, and assuming there are still people and governments here on earth, that we will allow Russia (or China) to have Eastern Asia?  Do you really believe the CIA and top US military strategists haven't thoroughly identified East Asia as a point of extreme Russian vulnerability?  Of extreme North Korean vulnerability?

Russia is historically quite strong on its Western border with Europe.  I can assure you, the war won't be fought there.
