I'm good.  You failed to post your stance concerning the cut and paste OP.
So what?

Since you didn't post any stance, opinion, or narrative, and your title was not only refuted but has nothing to do with it, I have to apply the OP as your stance.  And the article has also been debunked.  And you offered no argument, narrative or opinion on those post as well.

My stance, which has been articulated REPEATEDLY, is echoed in the comments of veterans who have actually employed these tools in combat.

Acknowledge that the obvious is clear to you.

if you fail to do so, you forfeit the right to ask about it again.

I acknowledge your post.  Still no stance of your own.  The weapons you want banned are not the Formula One Cars of firearms.

This is about what an AR 15 INDISPUTABLY was designed to do.

It has no civilian purpose.

It has NEVER been designed for a civilian purpose. Even the .223.

The rifle used in Uvalde is "loaded" with "military spec" parts.

Why are parts made to military standards produced for varmint shooting?

They aren't.

nod.

The Armalite Rifle 15 that became the Colt c601 then designated the M16 was designed to do that.  With the auto fetuses it was designed to kill as many people as possible quickly.  Your problem is you can’t distinguish it from the SP 1 or modern rifles.

Says who?

Who determines purpose or need?  If I want an automatic weapon who you to determine if I need it or for what legal purpose?

The rifle in Ulvalde was not a military weapon.  See the definition of assault rifle I posted for you numerous times.

Military spec parts does not mean military function.  You can get a hammer, a toilet seat, or even a phone made with military spec parts.  Doesn’t make it function or to the design of a military piece of hardware.  The iPad case I have is made to military spec, *******.

Here is the deal, *******.  Even if you ban a non military semi automatic people like me with a little bit of money will still be able to purchase a true, automatic, Formula One of Firearms military assault weapon if made prior to May 1986.  Your ignorance on this issue knows no bounds.

I answered the questions.  You answer mine.  The first time, ammophobe.

No...enough REMFY.

There is only one AR 15 design.

Even REMFY agrees.

I accept your surrender, ROTC.

ill be back tomorrow tomorrow to see your latest idiocy on the issue.

Yes, there is basically only one Fairchild Industries automatic Armalite Rifle 15 design that was designated the MM16

As your source in the OP points out there are HUNDREDS of semi auto Colt AR 15 designs.

The gun industry rejects that characterization, pointing to the fact that they’re not fully automatic. But combat troops often fire their M4s and M16s in semiautomatic mode, as opposed to fully automatic or burst mode, because semiautomatic fire is easier to control and therefore more accurate.

When I was in the Army, not during war we never even once fired our Weapons on Full Auto mode.

My MOS in the service was 11B which is the Expert with the M-16 and M-60. Oh and the m 402? Granade Launcher Which with M16 and M402 I scored Marksman with both.

That would suggest that there is no meaningful difference between the M16 and the Colt AR - 15 with respect to application.

My night vision either sucked or did not work, I was the last to Fire, I fired 5 rounds in about 3 seconds on single fire mode.

Just shot them down stream to get them off the live fire round,

Yes if in the Army they teach you to use single action, then a Full Auto M-16 is the same as as an Ar-15

They gave me 3 live ROUNDS to guard a Pallet of .50 Caliber Ammo one time.

At that time a .50 caliber shell cost about a buck with the Tracers ever 4th or 5th shell being about a $1.5, so a Pallet was a Lot of AMMO, they litterly gave my a clip with 3 live rounds in it to guard it.

When the Army gives you LIVE AMMO for your M-16, they are serious that your job of guarding this pallet of .50 Caliber is to be taken seriously.

I blew it off and sat down on the Pallet of .50 caliber Ammo.
LOcked and Loaded with my 3 live rounds though.

According to the Geneva convention you can not shoot someone with a .50 caliber, you can shoot their helmet or uniform though.

You are allowed to shoot Military Equipment with a .50, these things include helmets and Uniforms
