That's how Michigan used to be.Huey » 23 Jun 2022, 10:41 am » wrote: ↑ I have been waiting for that ruling. The bar was one had to have just cause, a good reason, to carry outside the home. We will see how that affects NY, as well as the rest of the country.
I would vote grandstanding!!!Huey » 24 Jun 2022, 7:39 am » wrote: ↑ It seems many progressive libs do not understand the ruling. NY will still have its requirements to which includes a silence, background check and registration. NYC has even stricter rules that are not affected.
What the ruling is about is in order to carry outside the home they had put in place a law in 1913 that you had to show "proper cause" and a "special need for self protection".
That is the part that was struck down. Adams, and the rest are grandstanding or don't understand the ruling.

In NYC it already takes upwards of 9 months. It is recommended you use an attorney. They also do a real investigation meaning they talk to your neighbors and co workers.Squatchman » 24 Jun 2022, 8:43 am » wrote: ↑HahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaConservativeWave » 23 Jun 2022, 10:19 am » wrote: ↑ SO... if you think people are going to get ccw permits in NY right away, youre **** in the head.
They will drag feet and make it a ******* to get one.
Paperwork will be lost or misplaced. Takes time to run background checks. The required courses will be away from the city so travel will be needed. Those courses will cost a ton too. And how much will the permit cost?
The Supreme Ciurt didn't set timeliness or price limits.
How is punishing the rights of law abiding citizens to legally carry a gun making the **** hole that NYC is any safer? Politicians and their elite masters are always surrounded by ARMED with guns security. Why do you anti-gun idiots want to restrict the rights of law abiding citizens to protect themselves from violent criminals that infest our streets, ******?Squatchman » 24 Jun 2022, 8:43 am » wrote: ↑ Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Pistol permits are just another racket used in **** hole NYC to keep the ruling class armed and the kulaks, er middle class, unarmed so they get robbed by the dim-0-craps' base criminals. Top and bottom against the workers.Squatchman » 24 Jun 2022, 8:43 am » wrote: ↑ Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Funny how when the subject is a Constitutional matter you care about, you all of a sudden become a Conservative who cares about our basic rights.Squatchman » 24 Jun 2022, 8:43 am » wrote: ↑ Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
