The 25th amendment is in place for people like Biden. There is plenty of video evidence that he, at the very least, should be considered for a professional evaluation focusing on dementia.

The option I would select isn't listed; Not yet.

Wait until republicans take control of both chambers in January. That way they can exert significant control over who Kamalahaha Sutra tries to appoint.

I don't believe it is possible to salvage the American empire. The people living here need to simply start thinking about what do do after America is gone.

Biden clearly isn't actually in charge of anything. He is simply a mouthpiece. And a terrible mouthpiece. It is good for people to see that...he basically is the avatar of America's decline...and I am hoping that he is our last president ever. Lord knows we waste far too much time in this country counting votes.

History is full of empires rising and falling. America will fall as well. When? No idea. But if the simplest answer is usually the correct one (Occam's razor), then most of Western America will turn into Mexico run by the cartels.

They'd have to wait till then to get the House majority needed to pass the articles of impeachment anyway, so that's a given.  And we can deal with the incompetence of the giggling slut next president however we have to.  That's a discussion that we'll have plenty of time to debate over once we wipe the current turd out of our *** for good!

Uhh...the thread title isn't about impeachment, it's about the 25th Amendment.  That requires the cooperation of the VP.  Congress cannot, on their own, remove a President via the 25th.

Agreed, but are you that certain that Harris wouldn't do so if it was requested by the leaders of Congress?  She knows she has no chance to advance anywhere when shackled to an albatross like Biden, and if she's told that they'll nominate her to retain the presidency in 2024, she may just be happy to help kick Biden's demented *** to the curb, believing that she could improve the country enough in the remaining two years to actually have a shot at winning an election for the first time where she wouldn't need to go and brush her teeth afterward!

Evaluation?  Let's just skip to the frontal lobotomy.

If asked by republicans...I think she would tell them to pound sand.  She would have to be asked by the cabinet because a demonrat controlled Congress isn't going to move against Biden, and after 1/6/23 the republicans will likely control Congress. Even then, unless Biden were to resign when he sees his cabinet and VP move against him, he would stay in office.  All he has to do is send a letter to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker saying he can fulfill the duties and responsibilities.  Then it takes 2/3 of both the House and Senate to remove him.

Said differently, I don't see any President ever being removed via the 25th.

I wouldn't be so sure about that... the Ho wants to be president... and she knows the only chance of that dream.. nightmare.. lol... becoming a reality is if braindead gets removed because there's no way she will ever get elected herself... not even in clown world...

Biden holds notes that read 'YOU enter the Roosevelt Room,' 'YOU take YOUR seat'

Photos taken at a White House meeting with cabinet members show specific directions listed for President Biden.

On Thursday, Biden made remarks during a "Meeting on Federal State Offshore Wind Implementation Partnership" where he had a binder with talking points and was handed a chart showing how tall the offshore wind turbines being discussed are compared to landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Eiffel Tower. Later on, he held up a separate note card and was reading off of one side of it.However, the other side of the note card facing the cameras had a list of directions for the president...

...A White House official tells Fox News that this is a very standard format used by politicians and government officials at public events.
