Trump will be facing legal issues for the rest of his life.
Will the DOJ indict Trump?
I think it is evident they will.

Well, you and I both undersand Tump and Trumpism.
It is the final denaturing straw to todays Replican Party that started long ago with the advent of right-wing propaganda.
We both know it starts with lies.
And when the lies got too heavy, instead of denouncing Trump, these now fully collusionist Senators went along with the lies that
they knew were disgusting because they needed to hold onto power.
And meanwhile, those who were average citizens who were not at all politically savy had already been fed up with government.
They were peaved about globalism.
Globalism isn't necessarilly a bad thing in theory, and yet it is, has been very much corrupt.
Trump is a fake populist, who was a coaxing sales jerk, crying out against populism, as well as obviously a big time racist narcissisist. They Republican Senators were digusted by him, and yet they decided as a block to look the other way.
We know he won the 2016 election because people were mad, and Trump came along as a fake populist and they voted for him and he won the election with the help of lies from Russian propagandist who basically used the same playbook as the propaganda that was executed by the Replican party for decades.
And this help put him over the top against Hillary Clinton, who was disliked not only because she was a woman but also because of Bill, who aqueicsed to
neoliberalism which basically started with Ronald Reagan - which was responsible for in no small part for the globalistic inequality, and the corrupt globalism that grew and grew ever since.
Anti-globalism is now laced with fascism and nationalism, and Putin won on that score.

Anyway, polices don't matter to these people. Inflation is meme, to them. The real causes of inflation don't matter because they don't understand any policies other than distrust.
The Republicans spent all their energies on propaganda instead of policies to build sustainable economics and a better world
And it bit them in the ***, and then they all looked the other way like the jerkoffs and scumbags that they truly are.

Yes, Donald Trump is an "American monster": But he wasn't built by a mad scientist | Salon.com

Donald Trump was not built by a deranged scientist in a secret lab. He is not an orphan, and did not emerge out of nowhere. He was the almost inevitable result of a decades-long assault by the "conservative" movement aimed at ending American democracy (especially multiracial democracy) and replacing it with a pseudo-democratic authoritarian state, perhaps organized under the system political theorist Sheldon Wolin described as "inverted totalitarianism."

As part of that long-term assault, most or all the historic victories of the civil rights movement, the women's rights movement, the gay rights movement, the labor and environmental movements and other struggles for human dignity and a more just society are being rolled back. If this project succeeds, America's already threadbare social safety net will be virtually eliminated. White Christian fascists and corporate plutocrats will forge a ruling coalition with near-total dominion over American life and society. The separation of church and state, along with the guarantee of free speech and most of the Bill of Rights, will disappear.

There is no longer a "normal" or "traditional" version of the Republican Party for so-called conservatives to return to. Even those conservatives who have disavowed or denounced the Trump movement are implicated in his rise. They are like political Dr. Frankensteins, horrified by what they have created but unable to kill it. Over the course of decades, they painstakingly built the monster and created the blueprint for American fascism.

That's right, the guy who called Charlottesville neo-Nazis very fine people, who told American born women of colour to "go back" to some other country, and who just met with the Hungarian fascist who, in so many words, called interracial marriages an abomination, is STILL the hero of ******* house n------------, like Thomas, Owens, Walker et al.  What fkng EMBARRASSMENTS.

Trump meets with Hungary’s Orban

In January, Trump endorsed Orbán in his race to win a fourth term in office, calling him a “strong leader” who has “done a powerful and wonderful job in protecting Hungary, stopping illegal immigration.” The Hungarian leader won the April election in a landslide victory.

Orbán, seen as an autocratic leader by many, was snubbed last year by President Biden, who declined to invite the European leader to a democracy summit he hosted.More recently, Orbán faced backlash for saying countries with a large share of migrants were “no longer nations” but a “conglomeration of peoples.”

Good Germans surely heard rumors and chose to ignore them. They knew Hitler planned to exterminate the cripples, the feeble-minded, the halt and the lame, as well as the Gypsies and the Jews. In the same way, White Southerners heard rumors about lynchings and murders of Black prisoners in prisons and also chose to ignore them. They knew that Black schools were inferior and poorly financed.

You are making my point, thanks!! Biden supporters know hunter is dirty. Know it, it's not debatable, the guy is scum. Biden supporters also can't ignore all evidence his corrupt son involved the big guy in his activities. In fact Joe's involvement was the only thing that made Hunter marketable.

Trump should be indicted for violating the Insurrection Act -- or seditious conspiracy: ex-DHS secretary - Raw Story

Donald Trump should be prosecuted for violating the Insurrection Act, according to former Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson.

The former DHS secretary appeared Thursday on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," where he discussed the deletion of communications across several federal agencies at the end of the Trump -residency, which he said appeared to be a violation of the Federal Records Act, and he said [Trump] also appeared to have broken federal law.

"Legally, it seems to me, everything I know publicly and most notably on the Jan. 6 hearings that Donald Trump personally is well within what an aggressive federal prosecutor would be willing to take on in in terms of a prosecution," Johnson said.

"Whether it's seditious conspiracy or whether it's violation of the Insurrection Act, Jan. 6 was, in my judgment, the very definition of an insurrection, and the insurrection statute punishes those who incite the insurrection and those who give aid and comfort thereto."
