Yeah, and they do it by kinetic genetics never the same thing twice, to the fourth generation of the Rule of 72 and a fine howdy-do.
The 11th Circuit is very conservative too. They ain't gonna like some dumb 'ol liberal judge.GHETTOBLASTER » 21 Jul 2022, 10:29 pm » wrote: ↑ Veritas has a solid reason to appeal.
I would like to get a good luck at the Judge who said there is no difference between a major news network accusing Veritas of lying versus accidentally filming someone's address.
4th generation is 2 parenting each change of population forward being last added great great grandchild one at a time forward from here, or not anymore point of relative extinction in plain sight.Xavier_Onassis » 12 Aug 2022, 8:49 am » wrote: ↑ Yeah, and they do it by kinetic genetics never the same thing twice, to the fourth generation of the Rule of 72 and a fine howdy-do.

The REICH has a PENCHANT for naming laws, movements, organizations and ideology with words that mean the exact OPPOSITE of what they do and STAND for. Hence, "stop" the steal, "true" the vote, "Truth" Social and numerous other forms of deceptive **** like that.
TRUTH is, O'Keefe and at least SOME of his associates have benefited from the usual PRIVILEGE afforded SOME, when they too should've been locked the **** up, LONG ago:
From James O'Keefe - wikipedia (yes that same wiki that the usual sorts will dismiss as liberally biased while they fail to disprove ANY of it):James O'Keefe: an American political activist, provocateur, and self-described "guerilla journalist" who:
- founded Project Veritas, a far-right activist group that uses deceptive editing techniques to attack mainstream media organizations and progressive groups
- with Project Veritas have produced secretly recorded undercover audio and video encounters in academic, governmental, and social service organizations, purporting to show abusive or illegal behavior by representatives of those organizations
- recordings that are often selectively edited to misrepresent the context of the conversations and the subjects' responses
- who has gained national attention for his selectively edited video recordings of workers at ACORN
- who was arrested, a plead guilty in 2010 for entering the federal office of then-U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) under false pretenses
- who released misleading videos of conversations with two high-ranking, now former, NPR executives in 2011.
- whose videos were heavily edited to portray ACORN workers seemingly aiding a couple in criminal planning – were publicized
- resulting in the U.S. Congress voting to freeze funds for the non-profit, and the non-profit also losing most of its private funding
- after which investigations of the videos concluded no illegal ACORN activity occurred
- The Attorney General's Office found that O'Keefe had misrepresented the actions of ACORN workers in California and that the workers had not broken any laws.
- One of the fired ACORN workers sued O'Keefe for invasion of privacy; O'Keefe issued an apology and agreed to pay $100,000 in a settlement.
- O'Keefe has support from right-wing and conservative media and interest groups, as well as the far right.
- In 2009, Andrew Breitbart commissioned him for the option to publish [his] new videos exclusively

Hopefully, Project Veritas will win the appeal and be allowed to kick CNN's ***.

No they don't. They've been a manipulative, lying bunch of con-artists who've had the PRIVILEGE of skirting the law while producing their heavily edited and deliberately distorted hit pieces. They wouldn't know "truth" if it sneaked up and bit 'em in the ***.Xavier_Onassis » 12 Aug 2022, 8:55 am » wrote: ↑ Project Veritas is a propaganda organization, they do not give a **** about the truth.
Rule of law covers up the original sin of humans staging ways to ignore now is eternity since dawn of civilization governed by context means more than genetic time occupying space as ancestrally displaced now with an ever changing population delivered one ancestor at a time to current total sum in this atmosphere.B.See » 20 Oct 2022, 8:57 am » wrote: ↑ No they don't. The 11th Circuit is in the most conservative area of the United States. I wouldn't be surprised if the Justices aren't patrons and ardent supporters of Project Veritas.

The question is not whether Project Veritas did something wrong, it is whether CNN committed slander in misreporting why PV was banned from Twitter. PV admits that it did in fact accidentilly do something wrong - dox an address of someone they were interviewing. Twitter used this as a pretext to ban PV. However, CNN reported that PV was banned for reporting lies and fake news.roadkill » 20 Oct 2022, 9:22 am » wrote: ↑ Could be...but the point is, did Project Veritas do something wrong. No!
You've got this backwards. PV sued CNN. That's what the video was about. This is not the first angry ******* have tried to sue PV...and I believe PV has won every time, whether initially or in appeal.

Why are democrats always on the run? Why are they always trying to hide things from the public?
