About the pizza....
The lump of store bought dough has been given a few hours in a warm room to expand.
I use a paper towel to grease a large cookie pan with Crisco, sprinkle some flour over the dough, then roll the dough out with a beer glass to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
We make our own dough and after rolling out, transfer to pizza stones that have been brought up to temp in the oven, then put the pizzas in for about 15 minutes.
Recently ordered some Central Mills (oldest business in Utah), organic, heritage pizza flour. Can't wait to try it.

In my young years I used to eat a lot of oysters  . . .  raw and many other ways  . . .
Especially during business dinners.

Around 40 years ago I stopped when I realized 30 % of each of them was actually their excrements !

Since then I did not eat even one of them.

Would you really eat a cow steak if 30 %  of it was covered with its **** ?

I'll give that flour a try.
Years ago I sent away for special pizza dough flour from Italy and it tasted like ****.
After watching a documentary about a "Rags to Riches" Pizzaria Entrepreneur in Arizona..I've wanted to throw together an out door oven that's capable of cooking pizza  at 700 to 800 degrees

My sister and her boyfriend created a wonderfully fresh Mexican style TG dinner today. Among the best I've ever had.

I'm headed over there again in the morning for leftovers in omelette form.

I eat tons of shrimp. I buy frozen battered shrimp. Only drawback is they are raised in pens doused with anti-biotics! Tuna is good too, but only once per week; the mercury ya know.

JinnMartini » 23 Nov 2022, 7:37 pm » wrote: How do I send a PM to you ?
Go to PMs. The very top command on the left is "Compose Message." Click that. Up pops a box, in mid screen: "add recipients." Put the name of the person - spelt and capitalized precisely  in that box. Put in a subject in the next box down. Put your message in the box beneath that, hit submit - then wait

The message might send, or might merely give you a "preview" - in which case, you must hit send again.

At that point, you will be taken to a confirmation screen.
