B) You're talking about depreciation.
The company reports roughly 450 million in gross revenues...their losses in a "normal year" are about 200 million. Let's say all that is depreciation. Further that his asset mix is 50/50 commercial & residential. Average 33 years. For simplicity we'll make it "straight line".

This suggests he holds RE equity worth 6.6 billion.

I think he defaulted on a loan from Gangsta Bank of about 700 million.

He also double dipped from the feds to the tune of about 75 million. This is the issue he is having with the IRS.

But it wasn't just 2008...he continued losing money for the next nine years...consistently.

In spite of this, Gangsta Bank loaned him another 300 mill on his signature.....after he showed them his personal financial statements from Mazars.....

The ones they have recently disowned.
