Can’t wait for 2026.  North America will be hosting.  Meaning Canada, Mexico and the USA with the US hosting most of the games.  The progs will go nuts.

What does that have to do with conservative Qatar objecting to the astonishing crassness of British soccer fans?

Just some things you didn’t know because you didn’t read the article:

Crusaders and supporters in St George outfits have become a familiar sight at overseas England matches over the years - but the fancy dress will be far more controversial at the first World Cup ever held in a Muslim nation.

It came amid tensions after stadium security started demanding fans remove rainbow clothing in support of the LGBT community and their treatment in the Gulf state where same sex relationships are illegal. Visitors have been urged to respect its conservative society and customs including modest outfits.

Some locals appeared shocked by their choice of outfits - others asked them to pose for selfies.
The farcical row over Harry Kane and other captains facing a ban from the pitch for wearing a rainbow armband has spilled over to the stadiums of Doha.Last night former Wales captain Laura McAllister was among female football fans who were 'told to take off their rainbow bucket hats' at the Qatari stadium ahead of the Dragons' first match. Men, however, were allowed to keep them on.

Oh look, Veghead responding to a question with a question. How unlike him.

Oh look, Veghead tries to hide his question by omitting the question mark.

God, your stupidity is insufferable.

I’m unaware of any rule that obligates me to answer your questions, Askholio.

It certainly did.  Go read the article.  They didn’t do it just because it was a Muslim country.  Not the the smartest thing to do but it is a tradition for these fans when they go England’s away games.

why dont you go to Qatar, wear your rainbow hat, hold hands with your boyfriend, and then give him a kiss.  All in Public.

Coward, just strike the answer.  Don’t ask again.

At least it was a rebel flag.  I know how your panties get in a twist over that one.

What is also very telling is you are simply trolling.  Not a word about how they treat gays, and anyone who shows support for them.  That actually hurts people.  The guys from England did not hurt anyone.
