Reread what I posted.  I am referring to removing classified documents from their secured location.  It that is a crime when done by Trump, it is a crime when done by Biden.  There are already stories in the MSM about how these revelations make it more difficult for the DOJ to charge Trump.

It is completely irrelevant if they are conducting a search voluntarily.  For an apples to apples comparison, if someone pulls up in front of a police station and tells them he stole that Bentley in the parking lot the idiot is still guilty of a felony.

Trump had CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY TO DECLASSIFY ANYTHING HE WANTED!  He did so, and had already willingly complied with the DOJ request to padlock the office where his files were kept!  He did that also and despite that, the FBI broke into that office that he was told to lock!  Trump willingly turned over ALL the documents that were requested, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY WERE LEGALLY IN HIS POSSESSION BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN DECLASSIFIED!

Biden HAD NO SUCH AUTHORITY AS VP to EVER declassify anything, AND YET HE STOLE CLASSIFIED AND TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS and stored them in an UNSECURED OFFICE and in his UNSECURED GARAGE!  Stealing those classified documents as he did AMOUNTS TO MULTIPLE FELONIES your demented idiot has committed!

 “My Corvette is in a locked garage, OK? So it’s not like they’re sitting out on the street,” Biden replied, seeming to brush off the significance of the discovery.
