1.  Prohibit your schools from offering free meals to students. 98.24% of free meals are consumed by children of dumbocrats.

2.  Enact zoning laws that prohibit tattoo parlors.  96.27% of people who get tattoos are dumbocrats.

3.  Enact laws that prohibit panhandling.  100% of panhandlers (beggars) are dumbocrats.

4.  Enforce VAGRANCY laws.  100% of vagrants a/k/a "homeless people" are dumbocrats.

5.  Insist that your local supermarkets refuse to take food stamps, SNAP benefits or WIC.  100% of those creatures are dumbocrats.

6.  Mandate that you local hospital cannot accept Medicaid.  97.44% of Medicaid recipients are dumbocrats.

7.  Insist that your sheriff stop and interrogate the driver/passengers of any vehicle that has any sort of dumbocrat campaign sticker on it.

8.  Enact zoning laws that prohibit mobile home parks and "tiny" homes.  93.77% of those occupants are dumbocrats.

There are other means, but by following the eight suggestions above, at least 92% of dumbocrats will flee your corner of the world.

So many dumbocrats have fled that one local official has mentioned that a local zoo should be established, stocked with a dumbocrat family, so future generations can see first-hand what ignorant, filthy creatures they were.
