A drunk message board owner accused of shooting one of his MODs has been charged with felony assault. The MOD, who has not been named, luckily sustained non-life-threatening injuries because the accused message board owner could hardly stand up...affecting his aim in the weekend shooting, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Cocher Urmumski, was arrested early Sunday and charged with second-degree assault, police said.  On Monday, he pleaded not guilty, according to NBC News affiliate WAVE of Louisville.  During his arraignment he told the judge "I am a drunk and how would you feel if some fruitcake drank your last beer ? I got pissed. Surly you can understand that your honor." According to police testimony, the two had a physical fight when the unnamed MOD, told Urmumski you are drunk to get this upset over a beer and you need help.

"Mr. Urmumski got mad about the Keystone Light being "stolen" and allegedly began calling the MOD's mother a *** whore." The victim attempted to flee the MOD lounge where the incident occurred but Urmumski overpowered him and began beating him in the head with a keyboard the District Attorneys press release alleged. Urmumski than pulled his gun and followed the escaping MOD outside, where he shot him in the buttocks, the police document said.

Your author notes Keystone's is specifically selected to be marketed to the “value” segment drinker and Mr Urmumski could have easily gone next door and bought a 40 with pocket change.  According to the victim...he offered to do so but Urmumski responded with 'I'm going to bust a cap on your *** son of *** whore.'

Urmumski is scheduled to be back in court May 30 for a preliminary hearing. 

His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
