It is 100% undeniable that Clarence Thomas was chosen because he was Black. He got scholarships because he was Black his entire life, he was appointed to the EEOC because he was Black, and he was chosen to replace Thurgood Marshall, who was the only Black Justice on the Supreme Court, Yet Clarence Thomas wants to abolish affirmative action, which was the ladder that he used to get to where he is today.

The antiabortionists wanted him on the Court because he was a fanatically loyal Roman Catholic., unlike 98% of all Black Americans.

It is like he was given a number of ladders to ascend to he top, and he wants to pull all those ladders up after him, and pretend that he was chosen on his merits alone. Which is undeniably FALSE.

It is pretty clear that Black Americans deserve representation on the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas is NOT any sort of kindred spirit to most Black Americans. He is corrupt and incompetent.

White mainstream Protestants have zero representation on the Court. Roman Catholics are greatly over represented.

The idea of a lifetime appointment was a bad idea and terms of appointment need to be changed.

There is a great documentary on PBS describing Thomas' life in great detail. I find it to be accurate.
Black People I know, and I used to work with many of them, have told me that they would be much happier had Anita Hill been on the Court rather than  Thomas. 

Thomas is corrupt, that is undeniable. He is a Supreme Court Justice who claims not to understand the Income Tax Laws. His wife is paid hundreds of thousands and he does not declare her income on his joint return.
He was a bad choice for the Court.  He should be impeached and removed.
