 I find it surprising that Ukraine has been completely incapable of launching any kind of attack on Russian infrastructure.  That should tell the world that Ukraine never was any kind of threat to Russia.  Russia just wanted Crimea, and then Ukraine, so it decided to take it by force.

they did attack Fort **** and wiped out up to a battalion of troops and well as one of the largest pile of explosives in Russia...last night.

But NaziUkes were a threat to the Russians in Donbas, who sought freedom from NaziKraine.

10,000 were killed between 2014 and 2022.  Putin believed they were to soon attempt a

full invasion of Donetsk and Lugansk.  If Putin had allowed that to happen the Donbas

death toll would have been in the 100s of 1000s.  Putin is a legit **** hero.

I happen to agree that his motives were in large part humanitarian. But that opinion is based on watching him speak about human rights. Even if you take the humanitarian aspect out of the equation, he had every good reason for the moves he made. So I tend to defend his moves based on exigency and strategy - though I do agree that Putin is not only a balls to the wall national leader, but also a mensch.
