Good video,

He’s right in that we have to fight back hard.  We don’t need to be crooked like they are but we do need to be tough.

Packing the court is easily achievable.  Biden is reticent to pledge now because of the unknowns. If Barrett is confirmed and Dems win the Senate then packing the court is the only way to restore balance. Anything else would hand the Republicans an unearned victory and do a disservice to the Democratic process.

Unsure how successful the effort to eliminate the EC would be. It should be easy but it won’t be because it gives a slight edge to Republican presidential candidates.

Same with the senate. It gives Republicans far more power than they have earned so they will oppose any and all efforts to balance it, including statehood for Puerto Rico and DC.

At this point, I have no problem at all adding justices to the Supreme Court.  If Amy Coney Barrett is pushed through two weeks before the election, that means Democrats have now had TWO Supreme Court seats essentially stolen by unethical, hypocritical Republicans.  I'd totally support adding at least two more.  The Supreme Court shouldn't be political.  Tilting the court too far to the right (or too far to the left) would foster distrust in the court in an already divided country.  I'm also not a big fan of lifetime appointments.

I think it's brilliant how Biden has been handling the questions thrown at him about "court packing."  It does "depend on how this Supreme Court confirmation is handled."  If Republicans ram through this pick, I say let's add three.

Your vote is your own to cast (as is mine).

Glad a complete SOCIALIST didn't run this time against Biden for the Dem ticket...you'd be voting for him

If you're referring to Bernie, he's not a "complete socialist" either.  He's never advocated for a government takeover of all production.  He just wants government healthcare for all (like lots of other non-socialist countries have).   That said, the American people wanted Biden.  So he's the nominee.  I've always liked Joe and have no problem supporting him.  In fact, I've already voted for him as well as Sara Gideon for Senator.

Now can we please stop fighting about 2016?  There's an election coming up here in a couple weeks where you and I are 100% on the same page.  How about focusing on our common ground here......instead of dwelling on past differences?

Not at all.  This is the beginning of the end for Trump.  We should be energized - I know I am!

Trump's America can become a nausea-inducing but distant memory if we hold the House, win back the Senate and send Cheeto packing.   It's all within reach - but we can't let up.

It's "go" time.

Trump’s damage can be undone. McConnell’s damage will take longer but it too can be reversed within a few years. It’s the topic of this thread.

What constructive purpose does it serve to attack fellow Dems for what happened four years ago?  I say none.  All it does is create rancor within the Party that we don't need;  Especially a few weeks before an election in which very few Dems will voting for anyone but Joe.

America does not deserve Trump.  That's why everyone needs to vote for Joe.

Votes don't come automatically.  We need outstanding candidates that can garner support across the entire left side of the aisle.  Joe Biden is doing just that - he's reaching out to Bernie supporters as well as to Independents and former Trump voters who are seeking other options.  That's no easy task, but Joe's doing it.

Joe Biden wasn't my first pick in the primaries, nor was he my second or third.  But I'm fully behind the Biden/Harris ticket now and am spending a LOT of time to send Susan Collins into retirement.   Rehashing the past is, especially at this point, wasted time.

Difference is I've never once claimed to support Hillary.  I've never supported her and have been abundantly clear about that.

Now, ancient history aside, what are your thoughts on adding Supreme Court seats to the bench?  Do you think we should consider term limits?  Both?  Seriously.....I want to hear your opinions here.
