Non-Utility Generation Charge. Charge (previously called the Market Transition Charge) that primarily recovers costs of BPU-approved power supply contracts.

Societal Benefits Charge (SBC). Charge to recover costs of low-income assistance and weatherization, energy conservation programs, nuclear decommissioning, manufactured gas plant remediation, and consumer education on competition.

RGGI recovers the cost of "externalities" associated with energy generation...

Nice try....

Non-Utility Generation Charge
The majority of which go to solar producers and renewable energy credits

Societal Benefits Charge
Historically New Jersey utilities included funding for programs in their rates that provide societal benefits such as low income programs, nuclear decommissioning, and funding for energy efficiency and renewable energy programs.

RGGI
Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative
End-Use Energy Efficiency offset projects reduce building sector CO2 emissions by reducing on-site combustion of natural gas, oil, or propane for end-use in existing or new commercial or residential building.

Nice try, eat a dick.

Everyone of those charges are related to renewable energy, you can assume I fucked up, I really don't care.

I asked the question on U3, If you don't know the answer it's not on me to educate you......ballpark Bush was in the 5's Obama was in the 7's. By your standards you voted for a lousy president.

A) U3 is NOT my "standard"....for reasons I have provided

B) If you were to fall off a 10 story building, of what possible relevance would your "average speed of descent" be? Your choice took U3 from the low 4s to near 8......Obama took it from near 8 to low 4s...

Which of those outcomes is "lousy"?

You should have let it lie.........and continued eating dick...

Do you understand that the citation refers to an effort by Perry to oblige certain energy operators to subsidize those who burn coal.....

Who do you believe would be paying the tab for that bit of idiotic pandering?

I'm just picking on the village idiot....you. I could hardly care what the thread is about....is there anyway I could get that across to you?

The Boston Globe carried a story that amazingly did document that number and explain in great detail about how people who'd lost their jobs had to move in with parents or friends or move out of state. They even noted how many trucks and trailers were used only in one direction; to leave the state, then had to be brought back in in groups by the rental companies.

They of course didn't relate the problem to Dukakis's repeated tax hikes and regulations that caused the problem. Like the rest of the corrupt liberal MSM, they covered that up.

Everyone in Mass at the time knew how bad it was; a literal near-depression.

A friend went to apply for a low-paying overnight UPS job. He said hundreds of people showed up.

A parking valet job where you could make decent tips. Again, hundreds of people showed up.

And not just low level workers; people who'd also had high paying skill jobs.

Unemployment didn't hit 14% in MA during that particular recession......You must stop lying....

By the time Dukakis left office, it was below 6%...
