I grew up on my family's ranch and rode horses all my life.    

After college, as a  banker for 171/2 years I had to wear my hair in an approved style.  I always hated the suit and necktie ****, though. So, when I got to be the president of a small community bank, I had 14 employees. When I told the 3 other male employees that I was not going to require them to wear a suit and tie, they were all very happy.
