Most of then newly-free Eastern Europe followed the Free Market model and rejected the liberal Welfare State.

Much of Asia has followed it for decades.

Many European countries passed Free Market reform decades ago; Sweden and Norway, for example.

Where have you been, Dim?

Why arent ALL nations?

Because their corrupt, greedy Special Interests, usually created on Socialististic philosophy, obstruct reform; Brazil, for example, which is now in a deep depression.

There's liberal success for you. :\

Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland.

Do you know what all of those countries have in common? No minimum wage.

Germany is way ahead of the US in properly implementing Capitalism.

They educate and train their citizens. Even cross train.

Trump calls them a bad country.

Youve gone off topic.

Socialist countries are said by republicans to be the scourge of mankind. They are commie liberal hellholes of government dependent moochers.

Does that describe Germany?

They have embraced the great Capitalist system and made it work without students being debt servants to banks. Their healthcare second to none, labor unions, etc etc.

They also have strong private and public sector labor unions.

Either way, the minimum wage is an outdated concept and shouldn't be the barometer for capitalist reformists. Standard economic theory states raising the minimum wage actually ends up hurting workers - the data seems to corroborate this argument (unless the increases are incremental, i.e. almost meaningless, like from $8 to $9).

Must be hell for CONs that their narrative stating Capitalism is a USA only system. Termite done gone silent when his rant became a cant.

Germany makes the McConnell Cultists inept and sterile. Germany has their country surging forward, decades ahead of ours, on every level.

McCONnellTOPIA is KAPOOT!

We have done the same things...we have hybridized communism and capitalism..the world is broke as a Fucking joke....countries are trillions upon trillions in debt to their pensions...socialism on any level doesn't work...we need to try a pure capitalist system. The original capitalist system where corporations were tightly regulated and anyone could start a business without drowning in a bureaucratic bog

Some even use their market economies to pay for their gargantuan welfare states.

Funny how no minimum wage and strong unions go together

Labor unions in the United States aren't dying for anything other than people don't want them. Unions are only as effective as their members willingness to watch their children go hungry.
