Personally I own 3 of them.
I keep a good eye on them so they don't take it upon themselves to start killing without me.
How do we post pictures here?
We have to go through a photo sharing site?

It's a tough call between soft, expanding rounds, like the ones you mention above and hard, armor-piercing penetration rounds. I have been leaning toward the latter for home defense. Yes, this is contrary to all conventional wisdom isn't it. There are concerns about such rounds punching through walls and injuring others.Taipan » 07 Apr 2022, 8:14 am » wrote: ↑ I am no expert but here is my 1st choice in ammo for the Glock 43x.

I’m glad to see that you’re bringing back the gun enthusiasm this forum needs. XoxoSkans » 05 Apr 2022, 9:19 pm » wrote: ↑ Black Guns Matter. They are what stand between you and a criminal who wants your car, gold, money, watch, wife, daughter and your blood. Exercise your 2nd Amendment Right and buy Black Guns that are better than those issued to the US Military.
Suggestions? Here's my Black Gun suggestion: Desert Tech MDR .308.

But, here is what I see. IIIa body armor can be found all over Ebay for about $120 on up. I'm sure you can find it on amazon, and other specialty websites. Also, I have noticed violent thug-movies prominently using body armor. So, you know these thugs who are breaking into homes are likely using body armor as well. Why wouldn't they be? Times are a changing, and I figure that it is time to change ammo as well.
Ahhhh, Guns! Yes, what would a political forum be without guns? I find it interesting that since Russia's invasion of Ukraine, you don't hear "peep" from the leftist gun-banners anymore. Talk about "in your face" reason for a individual citizens to be armed AND regularly train with their firearms! It just doesn't work to tell your citizens to "come on down to the Capital" and pick up a AK-47 and a pack of cartridges when Russian troops are shooting civilians on site. The mindset isn't there to use them. The training surely isn't there. And, the quantity of guns and ammo that would actually make a difference is laughable.Imgreatagain » 07 Apr 2022, 8:39 am » wrote: ↑ I’m glad to see that you’re bringing back the gun enthusiasm this forum needs. The Lehigh perpetrator rounds are my "go-to" ammo for home defense. It's what I have loaded in my 10mm right now. Very impressive round. BUT, and this is a big but, if I had say 5 kids living in my house or if I lived in a condo/apartment, I might chose something different. One other thing, they are loud, especially with no hearing protection. F-it, who needs perfect hearing when it comes time to die anyway?Taipan » 07 Apr 2022, 8:39 am » wrote: ↑ On that subject,

The US is so far advanced over other nations when it comes to its citizenry being armed and capable that it is actually frightening to most people from other nations.
Gang war. The left doesn't want us to know how Dem controlled cities aren't doing their jobs and letting gangs run rampant. And, the right already knows that gangs are responsible for most violence and just say "yep, told ya".Huey » 07 Apr 2022, 9:20 am » wrote: ↑ I was surprised that there wasn't a peep about the Sacramento shooting and Biden's gun control ideas he presented BEFORE knowing what type of firearms were used of if they were even legally purchased.
Hard for them to push gun control (not that they won't try) when the shooters were gang members with criminal records (already banned from owning guns) who were using pistols with full capacity magazines (already banned in California) and at least one of them equipped with a full-auto conversion (already banned on the Federal level).Huey » 07 Apr 2022, 9:20 am » wrote: ↑ I was surprised that there wasn't a peep about the Sacramento shooting and Biden's gun control ideas he presented BEFORE knowing what type of firearms were used of if they were even legally purchased.
Heck, with a $1,500 110V Chinese Milling machines, anyone can make full-auto parts or even an entire gun. Biker gangs are filled with machinists capable of doing this. Full-auto guns are based on 120 year old technology.Spartan » 07 Apr 2022, 10:07 am » wrote: ↑ Hard for them to push gun control (not that they won't try) when the shooters were gang members with criminal records (already banned from owning guns) who were using pistols with full capacity magazines (already banned in California) and at least one of them equipped with a full-auto conversion (already banned on the Federal level).
Basically an incident that clearly illustrates the utter ineffectiveness of most gun control laws. When one is willing to violate the law, the law will not affect them.
I think there should be a bounty on the gang members. Not a law AGAINST killing the pricks.Skans » 07 Apr 2022, 10:03 am » wrote: ↑ Gang war.
